Justin is a graduate of Waikato University, New Zealand, with a Bachelors in Marketing and International Management /Management Systems and Information Technology, and a Digital Media Diploma from Media Design School (New Zealand).
Justin is the lead chef in the Tsem Ladrang kitchen, overseeing the preparation of H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche’s meals as well as creating innovative vegetarian dishes for all events hosted by Tsem Ladrang. He also complements the Ladrang’s “e” initiatives by bringing a diverse skills base to the team, developing Rinpoche’s and Kechara’s online presence when he is not whipping up a culinary masterpiece in the Ladrang kitchen.
